Ebooks:
- All sales are considered final after 3 days from the purchase date.

- A full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or started more than 30% of the course content.
- If you have accessed or started more than 30% of the course content, no refund will be granted.
- For bundled courses, if you've accessed more than 30% of any single course within the bundle, no refund will be granted for the entire bundle.
- In cases of technical difficulties preventing access to course material, please contact our support team. If the issue can't be resolved, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the percentage of content you couldn't access.
